... No offense intended, but I think your head might need to be a bit... "Fuller", to run a bank in the first place.

I'd expect not, but it's more that you'd need the responsibility to properly run a bank, as well as the experience to do so-- one can not run something that would require you to absolutely take responsibility for any actions that would be accounted for, without first learning it.

Admittedly, I think you might be on a better track than your parents would realize, considering that you are, at least, getting work experience.

But... That's depressing, that they can't trust their daughter's choice of occupation, to even be ready for what they expect you to do...

If they expect you to run a bank, then they should at least be promoting ways for you to be ready for it.
