Moeko's head feels fuller.

... You're a very strange girl, Moeko.

If you didn't have that princess-ish complex, you'd really be quite adorable.

[identity profile] pureplainpatron.livejournal.com 2009-08-28 11:15 am (UTC)(link)
You know that one girl whose comment you linked?

Thinking like that, which you kinda... do... That's a princess complex. Imagining yourself as the center of the world, and all that.

[identity profile] the8thmonarch.livejournal.com 2009-08-28 11:20 am (UTC)(link)
Moeko hates that girl...

But the mirror says I should...

[identity profile] pureplainpatron.livejournal.com 2009-08-28 11:35 am (UTC)(link)
It's ultimately your choice, but... you'll be what you hate, as well.

Still, up to you.

[identity profile] the8thmonarch.livejournal.com 2009-08-28 11:40 am (UTC)(link)
... Moeko will not be a princess.

But... Moeko should get a Feed Itch.

Good girl.

I think it's pronounced "Fetish", and in a way, you already have one, dear.

[identity profile] pureplainpatron.livejournal.com 2009-08-28 10:35 pm (UTC)(link)
Don't worry so much about the details... just keep working to becoming a sweet, lovable girl, alright?

[identity profile] pureplainpatron.livejournal.com 2009-08-28 10:47 pm (UTC)(link)
.....didn't see that coming.

Why bees?

[identity profile] the8thmonarch.livejournal.com 2009-08-28 10:52 pm (UTC)(link)
Because they are associated with sweet and lovable things.

[identity profile] pureplainpatron.livejournal.com 2009-08-28 10:54 pm (UTC)(link)
...actually, a decent number of people are quite afraid of bees, due to their sting.

Though, people do like honey, but that's a more literal interpretation of 'sweet'.

I meant more in the sense of being kind, thoughtful, caring, that sort of thing.

[identity profile] pureplainpatron.livejournal.com 2009-08-28 10:59 pm (UTC)(link)
Yes, they sting. It's how they protect their hive.

Honeybees lose their stinger after they use it, though, so individual bees die in defense of the hive. The problem, of course, is the fact that bees swarm, delivering multiple stings, which can kill even humans, with enough stings.

[identity profile] the8thmonarch.livejournal.com 2009-08-28 11:37 pm (UTC)(link)
So I shall breed stingerless bees.

[identity profile] pureplainpatron.livejournal.com 2009-08-29 01:06 am (UTC)(link)
...I'm... not sure that's possible. Plus, they'd probably die off without their protection.

[identity profile] the8thmonarch.livejournal.com 2009-08-29 01:19 am (UTC)(link)
Why would they need protection?

[identity profile] pureplainpatron.livejournal.com 2009-08-29 01:23 am (UTC)(link)
From other insects that might want to kill them and eat their honey (which would kill their young, as well). Basically to protect themselves from anything that might attack their hive.

[identity profile] the8thmonarch.livejournal.com 2009-08-29 01:34 am (UTC)(link)
But it would be with Moeko.

[identity profile] pureplainpatron.livejournal.com 2009-08-29 01:38 am (UTC)(link)
...Uh... you know that bees need lots of flowers to make their honey, right? And that flowers need sunlight, so they really should be outdoors?

[identity profile] the8thmonarch.livejournal.com 2009-08-29 01:47 am (UTC)(link)
Then I shall put the flowers and sun with me.

[identity profile] pureplainpatron.livejournal.com 2009-08-29 01:49 am (UTC)(link)
....

I... think it'd be better if you just raised something else, Moeko. Much less work.

[identity profile] pureplainpatron.livejournal.com 2009-08-29 02:05 am (UTC)(link)
...that's sweet of you, dear, but technically I'd be the one raising you, not the other way around.
