... Showering still hurts.

I wonder if I should stay with this Curran and Pikeru deck...

Though... are cities supposed to fly.

And I got a call from some people who are my... parents?

Moeko wonders if she should change her appearance too.

... It hurts because water hurts.

Maybe.

... Spirits?

I am the original Noriko. No loopholes.

Yes. And my skin feels too shiny.

[identity profile] pinkperkypetite.livejournal.com 2009-12-07 06:44 am (UTC)(link)
...even to drink?

Yes, duel spirits.

...anyway, are you interested in meeting your parents?

Hmm... maybe you need to put on some powder? ...I suppose you wouldn't have any experience with make-up, would you?

[identity profile] the8thmonarch.livejournal.com 2009-12-07 06:50 am (UTC)(link)
... On the lips, yes. Otherwise, no.

... I think I should.

What's Make up?

[identity profile] pinkperkypetite.livejournal.com 2009-12-07 06:53 am (UTC)(link)
...odd. Seems like it's something regarding your skin. It might be worth taking a sample to test.

So you want to?

Something you wear on your skin to even out, enhance, and otherwise improve the appearance of skin. Usually worn on the face... for females, at least.

[identity profile] the8thmonarch.livejournal.com 2009-12-07 07:00 am (UTC)(link)
...?

I think so?

... That seems useless.

[identity profile] pinkperkypetite.livejournal.com 2009-12-07 07:03 am (UTC)(link)
A sample of your skin, so we can figure out why water hurts. ...though, on that note, do juices and other mixtures hurt as well?

Well, enjoy then. But... expect that they'll be surprised.

...arguable, but, again, a bit of powder would make your skin less shiny.

[identity profile] the8thmonarch.livejournal.com 2009-12-07 07:27 am (UTC)(link)
... Do what hurt?

... Why is my skin shiny?

[identity profile] pinkperkypetite.livejournal.com 2009-12-07 07:32 am (UTC)(link)
...I'll put that down as 'I don't know'.

I don't know... it could be related to why water hurts, though.

[identity profile] pinkperkypetite.livejournal.com 2009-12-07 07:35 am (UTC)(link)
Your skin condition is very unusual, Moeko. It's not something your average person would know.

...you might go to a skin doctor, though. They'd probably be able to diagnose what you have... assuming it's not something supernatural.

[identity profile] the8thmonarch.livejournal.com 2009-12-07 08:11 am (UTC)(link)
... I don't know what a skin doctor is.

[identity profile] pinkperkypetite.livejournal.com 2009-12-07 08:20 am (UTC)(link)
Dermatologist. They'll probably scrape off a bit of your skin and test it to figure out what the problem is.

That, or they'll recognize the symptom, and just tell you what to do. ...probably involving pills of some sort. Or maybe a cream.

[identity profile] the8thmonarch.livejournal.com 2009-12-07 09:15 am (UTC)(link)
... I don't want to go to them.

[identity profile] pinkperkypetite.livejournal.com 2009-12-07 09:17 am (UTC)(link)
... They aren't going to leave a scar anywhere, Moeko. And they probably won't scrape anywhere you'd notice it anyway.

[identity profile] pinkperkypetite.livejournal.com 2009-12-07 09:44 am (UTC)(link)
But they might be able to make water not hurt.

Which is a good thing, because sometimes it rains. A lot.

That's water from the sky, in case you're unaware.

[identity profile] pinkperkypetite.livejournal.com 2009-12-07 10:00 am (UTC)(link)
...would you trust me to do it?

[identity profile] pinkperkypetite.livejournal.com 2009-12-07 10:23 am (UTC)(link)
...I had a feeling.

You really should get that looked at, Moeko. Being clean helps you keep from getting sick... which helps keep you from dying.

[identity profile] pinkperkypetite.livejournal.com 2009-12-07 10:31 am (UTC)(link)
...Mmm...

Not sure if I can help you then...

...though, would something make it easier for you to believe me?

[identity profile] the8thmonarch.livejournal.com 2009-12-07 10:52 am (UTC)(link)
... Tell me why that girl went crazy and why she matters to me.

[identity profile] the8thmonarch.livejournal.com 2009-12-07 10:58 am (UTC)(link)
... The one who seems to matter.

[identity profile] pinkperkypetite.livejournal.com 2009-12-07 11:00 am (UTC)(link)
...you'll need to narrow it down for me, Moeko. I'm not sure who you mean exactly.

[identity profile] the8thmonarch.livejournal.com 2009-12-07 11:05 am (UTC)(link)
... The one who went crazy.

[identity profile] pinkperkypetite.livejournal.com 2009-12-07 11:27 am (UTC)(link)
...well, we have a number of those recently... are you talking about the other Noriko? Shiroko? Suzume? Those are just a few off the top of my head.

[identity profile] the8thmonarch.livejournal.com 2009-12-07 11:48 am (UTC)(link)
... The one with the long black beautiful hair.

[identity profile] pinkperkypetite.livejournal.com 2009-12-07 12:02 pm (UTC)(link)
...I'm guessing this is recent, and you mean Shiroko then.

The exact cause of her insanity is up for debate. We have several possible causes, from trauma due to her recent kidnapping and torture, to a virus which seems to unhinge people... then there's long standing traumas.

It seems her insanity is centered around paranoia regarding duel spirits... like those from Endymion, the floating city.

As for why exactly you'd care... I don't know. I didn't know that you knew her, though there is the possibility that you have empathy for her due to residual memories from ... er... the other Noriko.

[identity profile] pinkperkypetite.livejournal.com 2009-12-07 12:35 pm (UTC)(link)
Hmm... Well, you were friends. I'm not sure how friendly she'll be at the moment, but it's possible you're still friends.

[identity profile] the8thmonarch.livejournal.com 2009-12-07 12:52 pm (UTC)(link)
... I see. Thank you, Miss.

[identity profile] pinkperkypetite.livejournal.com 2009-12-07 12:54 pm (UTC)(link)
You're welcome.

You should still see a dermatologist.

[identity profile] the8thmonarch.livejournal.com 2009-12-07 12:59 pm (UTC)(link)
Thank you, Miss.
