I'd expect not, but it's more that you'd need the responsibility to properly run a bank, as well as the experience to do so-- one can not run something that would require you to absolutely take responsibility for any actions that would be accounted for, without first learning it.

Admittedly, I think you might be on a better track than your parents would realize, considering that you are, at least, getting work experience.
